1. Terms
By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use of P2 Media Design & Hosting's ('P2 Media') website, all applicable laws and regulations,
and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local
laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from
using or accessing P2 Media Design & Hosting's website. Please note that the materials contained in P2 Media Design & Hosting's website are
protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws.
2. Use License for Downloadable Products

If the product you purchased from P2 Media Design & Hosting's website is a downloadable product, be aware that permission is granted only to temporarily download one copy of the materials
(information or software) on P2 Media Design & Hosting's web site for one user only. This is the grant of a license,
not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy any part or whole of the material(s);
- use the material(s) for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to de compile or reverse engineer any software contained on P2 Media Design & Hosting's web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by P2 Media Design & Hosting at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Use License for P2 Media's Design and Hosting Services
- P2 Media leases fully functional and professionally designed websites to our customers based on the options a customer selects at the time of initial signup. However, all websites are the property of P2 Media unless a customer decides to purchase the unique version of the site. The following conditions shall apply for each website leased to a customer:
- The customer cannot modify or copy any restricted part or whole of the materials of any P2 Media's website for use at another website that is not hosted by P2 Media Design & Hosting Company;
- P2 Media shall allow specific areas of the website to be edited by those customers who selected the option to be able to edit certain areas of their websites. Such customers who have the ability to edit their website shall do so only through a password protected website administration area;
- Any customer who selected to have the ability to edit their leased website, shall do so without affecting or changing the physical integrity of the website. Doing so will violate the agreement between the customer and P2 Media and may lead to immediate cancellation or termination of the services between P2 Media and the customer.
- Monthly Customers have the ability to upgrade or downgrade the options at anytime or even switch between plans. Customers on a Monthly Payment Plan who Upgrade or Downgrade will be billed the new fee on the next monthly anniversary date. 3-Month, 6-Month and Yearly Payment plan customers who decide to upgrade before their anniversary date will be billed the difference in upgrade fees. However, there is no refund for downgrading a plan.
- Please note that the use of the website on P2 Media Design & Hosting site, does not and in anyway imply that the website is owned by the customer. Customer is entitled to use the website and its contents only on a lease basis. Unless the customer has paid the full purchase price of the site, P2 media owns exclusive rights of the site. To have exclusive rights, customer must pay the full, current value of the website by contacting P2 media Sales at sales @ p2mediahost.com (please remove the space before and after the @ sign).
4. Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee of all fees minus the Setup Fee and domain registration fee (if any). For example, lets say your total initial payment is the following:
- Web Design & Hosting Yearly Payment = $232.92
- Web Design & Hosting Setup Fee = $50.00
- Total Fees in Options = $95.00
- Domain Registration fee = $17.95 for 1 Year
- Therefore, Total Initial Payment = $395.87
- Your Refund will be: ($395.87 - $50.00 - $17.95 = $327.92) minus any applicable charges in 4.c below.
- Refunds will be paid between 45 to 90 days after initial signup. This will ensure that money has cleared our bank and it is not subject to fraudulent charges or any other charges like insufficient fund fees if your payment did not clear your bank when it was submitted for payment.

The materials on P2 Media Design & Hosting's web site are provided "as is". P2 Media Design & Hosting makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, P2 Media Design & Hosting does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
6. Limitations
In no event shall P2 Media Design & Hosting or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on P2 Media Design & Hosting's Internet site, even if P2 Media Design & Hosting or a P2 Media Design & Hosting authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
